China Jialing Industrial Co., Ltd. (Group)(here after “China Jialing”) is a state-owned listed company, whose holding company is China South Industry Corporation. China Jialing were established in 1875,and carried out “Turn military production into civilian” to develop and produce civilian motorcycles in 1979. So Jialing is the founder and leader of Chinese motorcycle industry.

Jialing has began to carry out technical cooperation with Honda since 1981, and is the first Chinese motorcycle company to carry out international cooperation. “China Jialing Group" was set up in 1987, and its “Stock” came into Shanghai Stock Exchange in 1995.

Jialing has established four subsidiaries, such as Guangdong Jialing Motorcycle Co., Ltd., Shanghai Jialing Vehicle Industry Co., Ltd., Chongqing Jialing Jiapeng Industrial Co., Ltd., Henan Jialing Three-wheels Motorcycle Co., Ltd.. Abroad, China Jialing Group has established manufacturing factory in South-East Asia and South America. The products are exported to more than 90 countries and regions. “Jialing, Traxx”and etc are the main own brand in oversea market. China Jialing Group has become a well-known international operated enterprise.
