Orders ship the same day paced if placed by 1:00 PM Central Time. Orders placed after 1:00 PM ship the following day, excluding weekends. Orders placed on the weekend ship the following Monday. We make every effort to ship all orders within 24 hours. An email is sent to confirm that your order has been received and is being processed. Another email will be sent to you with the tracking information when your order ships. OverNight and 2-Day shipping options are only available to destinations within the USA. OverNight and 2-Day shipments ship via UPS and are delivered in 1 or 2 Business days (not weekends). If you need Saturday delivery, you must request it either in our order form "comments" box or by calling us. Saturday delivery usually costs about twice as much as normal business day delivery. We will quote Saturday delivery upon request.

Please note that the OverNight and 2-Day shipping charges on the shopping cart are for most led lamp and led bulb orders, larger packages may cost more. We will adjust to actual shipping charge before processing your order. If you would like to know the actual air freight shipping cost before we process your order, please request it in our order form "comments" box.

We do not have minimum for orders placed online. We do have a minimum shipping/handling fee of $5, this helps to cover the expenses involved with processing orders.
There is a $25 merchandise minimum for orders shipped out of the USA.
There is a $100 merchandise minimum for orders paid by Bank Transfer ($20 bank fee applies).
These minimums do not include shipping costs.

Out of stock items are removed from the online store and cannot be ordered until we we have stock again, we do not accept orders for out of stock items. Please see our "out of stock" page to seen when items are expected back in.

We have a US$25.00 minimum (merchandise, not including shipping charges) for orders shipping out of the United States.

We will ship by USPS to almost anywhere in the world. Overseas customers please select the Letter Post or Global EMS option. Additional shipping charges may apply. Letter Post shipping may take 5~10 days to arrive and cannot be tracked. Global EMS delivery time is 3~4 days and can be tracked. We highly recommend Global EMS for order shipped out of the States. We are not responsible for lost orders if you select the Letter Post shipping option. THE TWO-DAY OPTION IS FOR USA ONLY. If you prefer DHL or FedEx, indicate this in the "comments" box on the order form and we will confirm the price by email. There is also a Freight Collect options on our order form to ship on your courier account.

CANADA -Select Letter Post or Global EMS, see descriptions above. We will adjust to actual cost if different from our standard amounts for these shipping methods. OverNight and 2-Day shipping are not available to CANADA. Please note that if you select UPS, Canadian Customs will charge additional duty tax.
Select PayPal on the order form. Your order will not be processed or shipped until payment is received and verified. You will not be able to modify your order once it has been submitted.

There is $100 merchandise minimum for T/T payment. Fill out our online order form, use all 0's for the credit card number so the order will go through. Our online shopping cart will generate a Proforma Invoice (P/I) that we will then email to you along with the shipping charges and our bank information.

Return/Exchange Form We have a 30 day return policy. A copy of the invoice is required to return or exchange items. Please order small sample quantities of LEDs and safety light Products to test for suitability in your application before ordering large quantities. Returned merchandise needs to be in original packaging and condition. Make sure to include all materials, manuals, instructions, etc. We will Reimburse UPS or USPS ground shipping at our discretion (wrong merchandise received, etc.). Please allow 7 business days to see refund on credit card statement. COD and Freight Collect packages will not be accepted. A 15% restocking fee may apply to orders containing quantities of 100 or more pieces, orders with missing materials, or merchandise not in original packaging and condition. Component or discrete LEDs cannot be returned if the package has been opened, LED bulbs and other products can be.

Return/Exchange Form We will exchange LED bulbs only if the value of the bulbs you are returning exactly matches the value of the bulbs you want to exchange them for. If this is the case, send the bulbs back with a copy of the invoice and a note explaining the action you want us to take, no notification is required, must be 30 days or less since purchase. If the values do not match, please send the bulbs back for a refund and place a new order online.

You are responsible for return shipping.

Note that we receive a lot of emails and sometimes difficult to keep up with them. Keep your emails as brief as possible, long emails may not be answered. If you do not know how to use leds, please try the LED links on our "LED Info" page, we do not provide design advice for your LED circuits. LEDs are electronic components and do require some technical knowledge to use them properly. Also we do not advise on bulb types for your car, please be sure of the bulbs you need before you order them. Please see our cross reference page for help searching for bulbs in your vehicle. We have 2 links near the top of our main LED car bulb page that may help.See online LED spec sheets for LEDS by clicking on the part numbers from our main LED page, all available specs are online.

Note that we do not do custom work or offer customized versions of any of our standard products - for custom LED products, Circuit Boards and Design Services - we recommend contacting Lunar Accents design.

Unless otherwise noted, all products are warranted for 2 years from the date of purchase, select products have extended warranty periods.
Warranty is void when products are used in applications that they are not intended for, such as using our LED Car Bulbs in applications other than the replacement of standard car bulbs in standard vehicles.
A copy of the invoice is required for warranty repairs or replacements.
Please call or email to notify us prior to returning items for warranty repair or exchange.
You are responsible for return shipping.
All product specifications are subject to change without notice.

We only offer discounts based on quantity. Our online shopping cart will automatically apply discounts for LEDs and most LED tube light. Items are discounted 10% at 50+ pcs, 20% at 100+ pcs, 25% at 500+ pcs, 30% at 1000+ pcs. For larger quantity pricing or for items that our shopping cart does not apply discounts for, you may visit our Contact Page and select "Pricing".

We only accept POs ($100 merchandise minimum) after credit approval.
